The balance board I ordered from Oompa toys is not only high quality, exceeding my expectation, but their servicing was exceptional! I had ordered a similar item as a Christmas present for my daughter from another online site and it was awful - not what I expected. It was only a week or so before Christmas and I contacted Oompa and asked if there were any way to receive this item in time for the holiday. The woman I spoke to (the owner) was extremely helpful and was able to ship me one from their retail store. It arrived in 2 days and I paid no shipping charges. Highly recommend the product and this site.

I was very happy with my purchases for my 14 month grandson this December. The toys are quality built with a clean/simple look. Shipping was fast. I plan to re-visit the site!
