I recently purchased two orders of mut coins back-to-back and only received one of my orders. After raising a concern with costumer support on the matter, I was turned away and told my purchase was delivered. I never received my second order and customer support was no help at all.

Took over 3 hours

I still haven’t received 250k coins. I emailed and called but they are very hard to reach.

I did my order took about 20 hours after multiple pics I had to send and emails to multiple managers. I don’t know what the cut off time when y’all stop doing transactions cause I live in Hawaii. But multiple managers stopped emailing me back after I spent over 100$ twice. I wanna be a frequent customer but not if I have to do this every time
