It all started from the helpful, friendly lady on the phone. Informative and genuine very hard to find!! We have a child with DS (3 years) and he loves it and so does our 1 and 4 year old too.. assembly and instructions very straight forward to follow and quality/safety Awesome would definitely recommend to friends and family. And no I did not get paid for this lol nor any discount lol. Thank you team in Hamilton

Really happy with the 120 we got as christmas present for our 3 kids. customer service was really helpful. with the christmas season and the delivery compromised, we had to pick it up at the auckland depot which was fine. they helped keep track to make sure we get it in time for christmas. the trampoline itself was really good and it looks good. most importantly, it survived the recent summer storm we had in auckland. we did a roadtrip a day after the storm and saw broken tramopolines in the backyard but ours is still standing. thank you Jumplflex! would highly recommend you :)
