Trampoline is great however the ladder is faulty. The sides are missing 3 holes total for the foot steps to clip so we are unable to use the ladder.

We purchased a trampoline and slide - the trampoline was to replace a much more expensive trampoline we purchased years prior (from Dwights Canvas - terrible service) which had rusted and was in terrible condition. JumpFlex’s trampoline’s are excellent, very well made... and when we had an issue after a strong Wellington storm, they made it easy to replace two damaged net support poles - no fault of the trampoline at all, in fact this is such a good product they’ve clearly thought about making repairs easy. I can’t rave about how good their after sales service is, and the mats and net are still like new after one year of heavy use by our three children. We’re very very pleased with our purchase.
