Jumpflex NZ

I bought the Classic 100 for my son as a Christmas gift and we couldn't be happier! It took awhile to assemble but it was so easy that Mr 5 was able to help & I didn't so much as chip a nail. The instructions were clear & simple. Delivery took about 5 days from Hamilton to Timaru. The delivery company were so good & even helped me pack away the boxes until they were required. The level of customer service from Jumpflex was awesome! I really appreciated the follow-up emails to ensure delivery & satisfaction. My son LOVES his trampoline. It's a good feeling knowing that we've bought him something which not only looks good, is about as safe as a trampoline could get but is also beneficial to his health. Well done Jumpflex!

Friends recommended the Jumpflex trampoline as they've had theirs a few years with no problems. We ordered online 16 December and the tramp was delivered on 14 December. We finally had opportunity to put it together yesterday. Luckily we had family here to help as it was definitely more than a two man job. The instruction manual was clear and easy to follow. The photos really helped. And the end result is sterling! Our 9 year old would've slept out there last night if allowed! Thanks Jumpflex :)
