In all my years (and it's a lot), I have never had such a great customer service experience as I had with HABA USA. I tried to play a game with my four year old granddaughter and found that an important piece was missing from the box. We played anyways (what does a four year old know about rules ?) but I vowed to secure the missing piece (she's not going to be four forever). The next day I called HABA USA and the customer service representative was the nicest, most helpful person ever If only BEST BUY had one-tenth of the service ethic that HABA USA does, the world would be a better place. But I digress. HABA USA secured the missing piece for me and I now can enjoy game playing according to the rules with my granddaughter. Thank you HABA USA.
