Wouldn’t order from this company again!

Not a good value for money trampoline compared to other models in the telstar range!. Although theres nothing really wrong with it & my girls think it's it's best thing ever there's a massive difference in spec to others in their range (for not alot more money!!). Customer Service seemed helpful but its frustrating not being able to speak to them on the telephone as it's difficult & very impersonal discussing problems and issues via email!. I got the impression they were merely saying the right things to come across caring & doing just enough to fulfil their after sales customer service!. Basically not a bad company to buy from unti your not happy with a product!.

Excellent online customer service but asked four times for a call back and never got one. Product tacky - am surprised RR authorised it, difficult to build, brittle plastic, ford branding on sound system, hubcaps keep falling off and already cracked in three places despite gentle and supervised use. Was offered a £30 compensation but after the hassle and disappointment it hardly seems worth it. Would use company again (although would appreciate them picking up the phone) but strongly recommend against the Range Rover toy. Deeply substandard.
