I was extremely happy with the service I received my bays car very quick, it was easy to put together and looks amazing when built, I had a problem with it going forward but after I contacted them they was very very helpful trying to help me get it to work, unfortunately it still didn’t work but within a few days I received a new car delivered and the other one picked back up, very very good service and very helpful if u need there help on anything, very quick service and I would recommend this shop to all my friend and family exalent place to buy from x

Our grandson was given this as an early Christmas present, and since he is not the most adventurous 3-year old, we were expecting to have to keep it until he was a little older. Not so - the wee man is obsessed with it. It rides very well over our all terrain garden (even takes slight hills on grass), and is very stable. The controls are easily manageable for a 3-year old, great to have a 2 speed option (the high speed is pretty fast - he's tried it!) and it's a good looking, sturdy bike! The natural braking works very well when his foot is lifted from the pedal. We've actually added a bungee cord with hooks to the front rack for 'transporting vital things'. So far, the battery charge has been excellent. As with other reviewers, the assembly was a bit of a mystery as the accessory parts and instructions are under the seat, screwed in, not obvious! But, an email to epic play was replied to within a couple of minutes and all was explained. Customer service and support was excellent. We spent some time researching different models and feel we made the right choice. We'd highly recommend this product.
