I ordered this trampoline as pre order for w/c 1st June. I was apprehensive as this was a birthday present for my 12 and 6 year old and was worried it would not arrive in time . The customer service from epic play was 5 star with fast response from any emails I sent. The trampoline arrived sooner than the delivery date quoted once it had been dispatched . The trampoline itself is 5 star, well made and sturdy and a hit with both parents and children. I will certainly look to purchase from epic play again.
