I received a double item

I received a double item of my build and it took me having to submit proof of Eaglemoss’ error. I have purchased a lot of kits, James Bond vehicle build, and many many more and Felt that having to wait for a replacement was poor customer service. I should not have to prove Eaglemoss’ error give my history with the company.

Best way to describe it

Best way to describe it shortly would be horrible. The customer service or lack there of is horrible. I've sent several emails and got NO response what so ever. I've been charged more than once in a month's time and only receive one shipment. I've been charged for several BS items that I didn't agree to, and when you try to email about them, oh yeah no response. If it wasn't for already having an excess amount of money invested I'd have cancelled long ago. For what we are charged each time you'd think you'd get something worth wild.
