Eaglemoss' customer service is some of the absolute worst I've had the displeasure of dealing with. They rarely answer emails, taking weeks to get back to you without actually resolving anything. Furthermore, they automatically subscribed me to a series of comics that I had no interest in, and they forced me to call them during business hours in order to cancel it! This is borderline fraudulent behavior.

did not offer the free shipping as advertised because i built the james bond db5 . in an email you said free shipping if you had built the db5 on the eleanor build. called customer service they told me the cant offer the free shipping. this will be the last eaglemoss i will build.i dont like somthnig advertised then not be able available to get it bad business..

I was so excited when this model came out but I am left pretty dissatisfied so far. I’m to pack 52. Brake details are very vague. On the engine the air cleaner proportion is way off and the valve covers are molded at a weird angle to the cylinder heads. Engine is also very bland, not much detail at all. This is frustrating when your paying just under $2,000 for this! Also when you look at their other models such as the GTR that has multi piece brake rotors, sway bars, amongst other details you feel like they really overcharge for this model. I don’t have the body yet but paint quality on the hood and doors seem to be marginal and I’m afraid once it’s all together the paint will not match from the different panels being painted with different batches of paint.
