Generally bad. I have subs for Ecto 1, Delorean, Enterprise and titanic. Not seen a shipment for months for any. I signed up for Ecto 1 last year and have got NOTHING. Very few emails - nothing saying “sorry no stock” etc - shipments just stop. There’s money waiting to be made for you here but you’re not taking it! Honestly if I were you - fire every manager and get a whole new team. The only positive was that when I reach out to support I do get a reply - it’s always the same reply of no stock etc - but at least I get a reply.

For the first six issues

For the first six issues no problems. But the next six months nothing. No shipments, no communications. With each inquiry got the same form letter response, waiting for free gift. 1 month,2 months, 3 months that's the picture. It's 7 months or a year and 1 month now still withing for a shipment. Almost giving up.
