I think eaglemoss would benefit

I think eaglemoss would benefit greatly by having more involvement in the Facebook and reddit groups. I read a lot of complaints that could be resolved by simply being more upfront with what's going on; when parts are on backorder and when they'll be back in stock. Considering that we're all signing up for a built that could take years, I think most of us are patient as long as we know what to expect. A lot of people complain about being given the run-around or reps not knowing what's going on. Just tell us what's going on.

This is my first subscription.

This is my first subscription. I had hopes of viewing my account online to see when kits would ship or if there was a delay. I feel as though I’ve taken a step back 25 years and have to call every time I have a question. The customer service reps are awesome and are very helpful, but I do wish we had an online or app based account to view.
