The customer service is very nice. I've missed some parts, and even had some parts destroyed in a flood. Upon contacting them thru email, they responded quickly and sent me replacements straightaway. I neve once felt that I was being run thru a wringer with Eaglemoss; I'd buy another model thru them again!
