I have experienced excellent customer service, especially compared to another part work seller who's CS kinda stinks.

I've got the James bond car and mustang, like both would like to get them faster but...

Even through the pandemic things went well.

The customer service is very nice. I've missed some parts, and even had some parts destroyed in a flood. Upon contacting them thru email, they responded quickly and sent me replacements straightaway. I neve once felt that I was being run thru a wringer with Eaglemoss; I'd buy another model thru them again!
