Service as far as far as I know they have been really good in my opinion they are quick with grabbing the line to speak to u and help u out with any question or concerns u might have regarding ur subscription or issues and shipping, and talking about shipping well that is also well taken care of they are quick and everything comes in well packaged and if for any reason there was something missing all u have to do is let them know and they to take care of it but sending out an extra issue containing that missing part EagleMoss is just amazing people there are great at what they do and they are very professional, I would strongly recommend EagleMoss to anybody whom love building things and enjoy scale modeling like I do.
