One piece of wood wasn't sticked so I had to use my screwdriver to get access to the maze. Now I hope it's ok. The second problem is that one of the magnet-piece in the maze doesn't move easily so it's hard to solve the maze.

The box wasn’t hard to open at all. Took my husband literally less than two minutes to open. High price to pay for less than two minutes of entertainment. I figured something was wrong so I reached out and was promptly offered another box or money back, the person I communicated with also thought there was probably something wrong with the box after I described the ease of opening it. (the initial prompt reply is the reason for three stars, box itself gets one star). Unfortunately the second box was the same. The instructions on how to actually open the box weren’t followed, the secret method wasn’t necessary.. I reached out again but it’s been over a week and no reply. Please don’t waste your money on this one..

For the price you would expect these to hold up fairly well. First couple runs with it and the metal piece broke off. happened to all pieces I bought either reduce the price or make them sturdier
