Art of Play has some wonderful and unusual products and the “hovering lightbulb” I ordered was very cool and impressed the recipient but, unfortunately, while the bulb did hover it wouldn’t seem to light up. AOP offered to send a new bulb, which may have solved the problem, but the giftee preferred a refund, which was arranged and paid for by them graciously.

Love the products and customer service. Will definitely be buying more in the future and recommending to friends

The website is beautiful and very easy to use, the products are great and shipping was super fast. The price are a bit high (especially for oversea customers) and the descriptions could be more clear.

Sometimes an item I just purchased then goes on sale or is discounted soon afterwards. That’s irritating and aggravating. Be more aware of that.

Great products. I like your small shop in Little Italy, but parking there is a major problem. Often been intending to stop by, but could not find parking within a few blocks & aborted. Wish your new warehouse had a showroom like the old one.
