Lots of fun haven't been able to attend rift nights lately due to some recent events but still fun all the same

The atmosphere and everything was great. Excellent customer service; however, I didn't like having to go hunting for my partner. I think it would've been better to have numbered tables/chairs so there's less of a mad scramble/search/yell for your partner.

The atmosphere and event itself was good. The smell was atrocious. The store and people in the store itself smelt awful. My order online wasn't fulfilled as to what the description of my purchase was. The website was messy and disorganized although prices weren't bad. I placed a refund request a week ago and have not heard back since. Overall really great potential but lots of issues.
