Still have not received the scooter I ordered for my 9 year-old, who is devastated every day that it does not come in, because I cannot give him a day to expect it.

I have sent several emails to customer support and haven’t received a single reply. Terrible customer service! I’m not certain a human even monitors the email address. Will not shop again, very frustrating!!!
