Scalextric really do put the customer first. I ordered the starter set for my son’s birthday and when we had set it all up one of the cars wasn’t working. I sent an email asking for a replacement car and within a day they responded apologising and saying they would replace the whole set!! My son was delighted as now we have twice the track and an extra car to play with. It was so refreshing to receive such epic customer service and the quality of the track pieces and cars is epic. Will definitely recommend buying directly from them.
