I was unable to order online during the club discount weekend, but a phone call on Monday morning to Hornby resolved the issue, the loco was dispatched immediately and arrived the very next day, amazing service.

As an old Hornby Dublo man I'm enjoying being able to buy the locos I always wanted back in the day. Hornby produces some great models and my experience is that they look great and run well. Also when I've needed spares they are reasonably priced and arrive quickly as did my most recent purchase of a B17.
