Good morning. I gave 3 stars not for the product which I think is really beautiful and well built, but for the price applied to my order. I thought that by reserving the product I would have had some advantage, instead I received it in the same week it was distributed to Italian stores. Furthermore, currently the discounted price in shops in Italy is €328.40 while I paid €370.98. Other problems you may encounter: from the attached instructions, the grip rings are on the rear axle of the undercarriage while in the model I received both on the front and rear undercarriage the rings are mounted on the front axle, this tends to derail the drive. The instructions refer to the HN2569/S, HN2570/S, HN2571/S,HN2572/S models and not to the purchased HN2551S-1 and HN2551S-2 model. I think the Arnold products are good products, I've had several that have been running on my layout for a long time without problems, but this time I'm disappointed. Bought 4 German locos 1 runs ok the other 3 really slow wont buy Arnold again
