Extremely easy to install DCC

Extremely easy to install DCC decoder in I wanted this to pair with a Rail Power Products SD90 I built 20 years ago. Since the Rail Power had been upgraded to sound I did not need sound in the new one a simple multi function decoder plugged into the locomotive board and a little speed adjustment and the new one works great with the older one.
