Everything was perfect.

It is a very detailed piece, I loved it, the quality of the materials are present both in the trailer box and in the flat car. I plan to buy another one again.

Had an issue with the discount, and it was resolved quickly and courteously!

TrainWorld is a great company to deal with. Good prices and fast shipping.

Great!
