ordered Spiderman toy 6/12/225 money refunded 8/12/2025 ordered again 13/12 25 and still waiting . . . .

I received the wrong doll ( a cheaper one) and when I wanted to return it was told that my order could not be found, although I had sent a photo of the email order sent to me by Toys R Us. I will never again buy something from this company!

Goods ordered were dispatched to the incorrect post office and never delivered. ToysRUs have been contacted but the goods still have not appeared, they acknowledged the request but that's as far as it has gone. Very poor customers service
