Totter + Tumble - US

Initially I had a great experience with Totter + Tumble. I bought 2 mats that were beautiful, high quality pieces, which is why I decided to purchase 2 more. My second 2 that arrived were not as pictured and didn’t match the decor in the rooms I ordered them for. Still great quality but the colors did not match the color descriptions or photos. When I asked to return the mats I was told that the packaging had to be in tact. I had to open it to see it in the space and that ruined my chance to return them. In addition to that, the shipping back was going to be $100 per mat, out of my pocket. Prior to this experience I loved this company. I still think they make great products but they should update some of their color descriptions. *Definitely order a color sample if you are hesitant at all. I really wish I had. Would have saved myself $500…

Horrible offgas smell that doesn’t go away after weeks. It smells very toxic. Makes sense since they use PVC, which from a quick google search shows is bad for baby’s health in any form. Overpriced mat that uses hazardous materials - do not buy.

I like the thickness and print pattern of the playmat. HOWEVER, it has very strong plastic smell that doesn’t go away a fews weeks after opening the package, especially when you get close to it. I am hesitant to let my 5 month old crawl on it. The return policy says you can’t return if the package is opened. This isn’t the product quality and customer service I expect at this price point. Avoid this mat if you care about the smell.

The return policy is ridiculous. If u take the plastic off to see the product it becomes ineligible for a return. That’s a nil return policy.
