No comment submitted complaint about quality missing parts just disappointed

Shipping was good. Wish the quality was better. A number of holes need to be drilled as they did not properly get drilled during manufacturing. Also, one slide had such poor quality it could not be used due to a busted screw hole.

Need improvements to service

Terrible! Since last 7 days, it is showing the package is on the delivery truck and out for delivery. Never received it so far. Complained to simplay3 and they keep telling me to wait. I need my money back now.
