Had an incorrect shipment recently; however, Eaglemoss was quick to respond, sent the correct order and tags to return incorrect order. No problems, quick and friendly! Great customer service. And this has been true over the years I've been a collector from Eaglemoss!

I don't know which item this email is associated with as I've ordered a few items in recent weeks and this email doesn't mention which. So I will say that all the items I've order are of excellent quality. Except for the Enterprise NCC-1701-A model, the pylons had broken off. A quick dab of superglue fixed it but I still wanted to mention it.

...everything is as close to perfect as it can me. The products have certainly met my expectations; this is why I continue to buy them. And I will continue to buy them. If there is a slot here for "improvements and inspirations" -- I love the XL series, but at the same time -- I want something bigger. Like XXXL! I know the Ent-D for the Star Trek series is a build-a-model over three years or something like that. As the kids are saying these days: "Ain't nobody got time for that!" I'd jump at an opportunity for a 22" Akira-Class in the usual mix of Eaglemoss Plastics and DieCast. You get the idea. Just a pipe dream. Closing this out, since I am bringing my whole experience in this response, I want to sing the praises of your team. They have been responsive and amazingly helpful, a reflection of the professionalism that I know Eaglemoss wishes to convey. Keep up the amazing work.
