My last order had a figurine in it which arrived broken. I contacted customer service straight away and they responded with a lovely email saying they would send another one out straight away. I have just received a brand new one and im over the moon. Fantastic products, fantastic customer service, fantastic company. Thank the Lord for Eaglemoss.
