It’s one of place, where you cant return a order

I tried to reach the company because of a delayed shipping multiple times - phone, WhatsApp, mail, I tried everything and could not get an answer. Finally I got my product. Then it turned out they have put 2 orders in the one packaging (Saying 24 on the outside but including the second order with 12 as well) without any sign or communication so I gave 2 presents to one family and had to find something else for the other. Really bad communication and for me a waste of money...

Very bad! The material smells awful and you won‘t take them back! Couldn‘t be worse!
