Unfortunately, I cannot recommend RIWI builtit at all. The bricks did not meet our expectations and we therefore wanted to return them. At first there was no response at all and we were offered a discount of €20 or we could buy more goods and then get a discount. When, after several emails, they finally responded to our request to return the goods, I was told to return the parcel (as bulky goods) to Hungary at my own expense. I was very surprised by this, as all communication took place from Germany and the company is also based in Germany. The request to use the offered discount on a prepaid label was not granted. I found the communication and customer focus very challenging and unnecessarily complicated. The response to customer concerns is very poor and the returns policy is not up to date. I'd rather order from Amazon again and enjoy excellent service and a good returns policy!
