too expensive

Shipping too quite long for a parcel Germany-Poland (a week or so)

Poor customer service. Asked for a invoice, they didn’t do it and it is not possible to have it. It is too expensive

In general it is difficult to get in touch with you. Delivery terms were not met and you didn’t inform us about it. The purchase were not delivered according to the delivery details and you didn’t do any to help solve it despite of several mails from us. Guarding refund we have been texting you for almost a month to get it. Not a good experience.

Not my favorite. Would not recommend. Poor quality and a rip off in price. Horrible customer service
