I placed a custom order 10 days before Christmas (yikes!), using the "rush" process for both processing and shipping to ensure timely delivery and it all worked seamlessly. I received my first "draft" design within two days and was even able to make changes and it still got to me early! Brought tears to the eyes of the opener and made our Christmas extra special.
