Disappointed in customer service. Tried

Disappointed in customer service. Tried to contact to make an address change no one responded to my emails. We had to reship the plushible to the correct address at an extra cost of 16$.

Still waiting on a response

One of the snugable’s that I ordered came sewn incorrectly. I tried reaching out to customer service and have yet to hear back from anyone.

Unfortunate experience.

I waited weeks for responses. Was denied a return of a defective item, albeit after 30 days because the item was not opened until Christmas. I was finally given a credit to purchase a replacement which is all I wanted in the first place but it took weeks. I gave this item to 8 grandkids and, thankfully, the poor little guy who ended up without one while everyone else was wearing theirs, got his Dougie.

Item was defective and like used one

Item which ordered came with defective, feels like someone returned or used, all over there is a red marks colored and torned / stiches comes out not sure but it is not managable. so I raised return request and they accepted it
