I purchased items and didn't received them and sent an email inquiry on the same day. 3 days later still no response and I tried calling over 20 times in 1 day to no answer. I contacted chat and it's not a live agent. I emailed an inquiry again, left voicemail message and still no response. These are Christmas present and I'm being ignored. Not happy at all.

Online store is pretty bad and so is their customer service. They sent me a code for signing up my email but then their checkout process refused to let me use it. Their online chat is never available so I sent emails and submitted the contact form. It took them a week to respond and after a short back and forth, they just stopped answering me with no resolution. Because this was for a birthday present, which was already late, I sucked it up and ordered at full price, but this will be the last thing I order from them. Really terrible. Product itself is ok but overpriced in the first place so that's also disappointing.

I have contacted you every way possible about returning one of the items I purchased. I have yet to receive anything back from you guys. Terrible communication and we will never buy from this company again, and will make it known to other people as well
