Very quick and easy to purchase. Arrived quickly. Although it took a while to assemble, it was relatively easy and aside from one step (threading the mesh) the instructions were easy to follow. As size is only quite small It is ideal for a mall courtyard and I would recommend from 2yrs and up so you will get good use out of it before child becomes to big.

Shipping was quick considering COVID restrictions. Customer service response was quick and helpful.

Shipping company left something to be desired - Hunter express. Just dumped random parts outside my door early in the morning and no text or email to let me know. Came in 3 seperate deliveries for some reason. Plum customer service was fantastic.
