Extremely frustrated
Ordered a Christmas present for my kids. Tried to contact Plum Play Australia for a status update. All attempts to reach them were unsuccessful:
phone (no answer),
email (auto response stating inbox is no longer monitored),
help ticket (directed to UK not Australian branch),
social media (no reply). Am extremely frustrated and now simply want to request a refund per the stated policy online.
Will report to ACCC if I do not recieve a response.
