Great communication and great customer service.

Mine took a little longer to ship than expected but they did communicate via email that they had a machine down and it would take a few extra days. I truly appreciate the transparency and communication. Aside from that, it appeared to ship quickly and timely, I was expecting multiple weeks of waiting but even with a machine down and unable to cut some of the dowels, I received my set in about 2 weeks.

Everything was great and seamless.

Easy purchase. Shipping and service satisfactory. My husband put the tower together so I’m not sure if that was a lot of work or not!

Communication was great. They kept me up to date on shipping.
