Item hasn’t shipped 5 weeks later even though customer service (which is very courteous) keeps promising me from week to week that this is the week! Not happy with how this went and I can simply hope that I’ll have my product at some point during the year so I never have to think about this company again.

Have not received this order yet so one star is being generous. Haven't even received an email response to my customer service request.

Shipping was delayed. The hardware was wrong. Shipped hardware, still missing crucial pieces. Missing parts to the actual pikler set up AND I did not get my promo bookshelf. Very disappointing

Still haven’t received the main product that I ordered — a balance beam — after a month. Only the name puzzle and the free (tiny) shelf.
