Really happy with my experience with Phillips Toys. I had previously bought a Paddington Bear in a bag plush from another business and unfortunately it was all squashed when it arrived and had to be sent back. So in comparison I was very happy to recieve the same plush bear and the Squishmallow Monopoly board game from Phillips Toys in a well packaged box with protective air-filled padding. I bought them on 09/09/24 with standard delivery and was a little concerned when they hadn't turned up after a week. But I emailed and got a very quick response reassuring me to wait a few more days and that replacements would be sent out if they still did not arrive. Anyway, 3 days later, they arrived safe and sound in perfect condition. Very pleased with my purchase and the service from Phillips Toys, will definitely buy from here again.
