Poor customer service trying to submit a return

Waiting for my return requedt to be accepted. falsely advertised

The e-mails listed on your website and in your e-mails keep coming back as undeliverable. Your websites return policy does not list any refund/restocking fees, this is not right. I am very disappointed with my experience and trying to contact customer service.

I selected express shipping, on Oct 23rd to receive it for halloween, and I didn't receive it until Nov 1st. I emailed and they said the accidently shipped it out standard, I had to ask twice for a refund for paying for express when they sent the parcel standard. Absolutely ridiculous, never will buy from here again.

The consume was nowhere close to the listing measurements for fitting. Way to small
