Customer service was excellent. I compared various companies before making my purchase and customer service was important to me. When I needed to get in touch it was all done through email, so no waiting on the phone listening to terrible music! They responded the same day and promptly sorted out my problem.
The downside was the courier service that delivered the climbing frame. I'd been tracking the progress via OutdoorToys' link o the courier. One morning it was "Out for delivery" so expected it to arrive sometime that day. Luckily my partner works from home as it arrived on a lorry the following afternoon with no phone call to check we were home, despite my number being on the delivery slip. I can imagine how frustrating that could be for someone who has to wait in / take time off work / miss the delivery when a simple phone call could've helped. Hopefully it was one courier employee and it was not normal practice.
