Bought 2 star necklaces. 1 cracked after 1 month. The other is perfect. ??

I've worried about recommending this to my other clients now, know that the small beads can break and potentially cause the child to choke.

Ordering and shipping was fine. The products are not too durable to with stand the purpose for which they are used.

Ordered my item on April 19 and have yet to receive it. I emailed to cancel my order due to extended wait times, and no one replied to my email. I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service and outrageously long shipping times. Not replying to an email is unacceptable. And I am still waiting for my product to arrive.
