Hello, I'm only sending this review for your internal use. Your website is great and the red car I bought is beautiful. I thought it was coming with the four little people however, as shown in the first picture displayed for the product. I don't think your text specifically says that the people aren't included. I would have purchased some people separately had I known, but as it was they wouldn't have arrived in time to be wrapped with the gift.

It was very smooth but on opening my box one item had a damaged box and another item the box had smudge marks on it. The items themselves are not damaged just the packaging but as gifts they look a little less appealing. My order earlier last week was all perfect so this second order was just a little disappointing.
