The ordering process was easy. Shipped quickly and was packaged to protect. I'm very happy with the order. The packaging was a little damaged and if I had intended to preserve the piece as new in box for any appreciating value that would've been a problem. The interior plastic pieces that help the piece in place were destroyed as if the box had been previously opened and the power box was a little dented and scuffed. It wasn't a problem for me. Just some feedback for you.

Had some communication issues and questions about shipping times and was very satisfied with the customer service. Very polite and helpful.
