I don't typically write reviews, but I felt that JumpFlex and the service their team provided deserved a shoutout. I ordered the JumpFlex Hero with added ProJam as part of their Black Friday sales as a Christmas gift, and the trampoline was shipped quickly with a note that the ProJam would be shipped separate by the end of the month. In days leading up to Christmas I had not yet received the trampoline and the tracking information had not been updated in the last 10 days. I reached out to customer support with an enquiry and they very promptly responded to me with confirmation that the items were arriving the next day. I had not received the ProJam by December 27th so I submitted another enquiry with the JumpFlex team after AusPost were unable to identify the location of this package and the team immediately responded and shipped out a new ProJam for us that same day. It is refreshing to see this level of customer service, and I appreciate the team going above to deliver this service to their clients. I will definitely continue to order through this company and I also recommend them to anyone looking at trampolines in future. Shipping issues can't be helped, especially between large sales and holiday periods, but the way these issues are dealt with is what leaves the biggest impression, and the team at JumpFlex did great. Thanks again legends! Ps: It really does take around 20 minutes to put the trampoline together
