Just spent 2 hours assembling the 10ft hero trampoline. With 4 adults. A few things were challenging but reading the instructions fully would have helped. Particularly about fitting springs which takes a bit of strength. What would help a lot would be a tool for holding the buttons in in the lower tube sections particularly when taking apart the bits that were assembled the wrong way first time. Only other issue was that when ordering on the website the delivery address got changed when the billing address was entered to the billing address. There was no option the review details before clicking PAY and then after the order was confirmed there was no way to correct the order despite emails and many attempts to call. Emails were answered but the changes to delivery aďdress could not be made. Jumpflex did however offer to collect after delivery or return the postage cost. After all the trampoline is very successful with the children and appears to well constructed and well packaged

Efficient delivery and the trampoline looks great and is a big hit!
