Had major issues with my Trampoline not being delivered Called Jumpflex and couldn’t have gotten better customer service They did exactly as they said they would do, they called exactly when they said they would call and then dispatched a replacement trampoline, which arrived with no issues They also told me to choose an accessory from their website, due to the issues encountered We had a handy man put the trampoline together, who said he had put lots and lots of trampolines together, but had never come across such a good quality / sturdy one, as this one He couldn’t believe the quality of it and also said all the parts fitted as they should and there were also spares After all this my Grandbabies absolutely love it !! It’s worth all the initial hassle, hands down I’ve recommended Jumpflex to lots of my friends
