Absolutely amazing trampoline, kids love it and it’s already money well spent. Order process was so simple. Shipping was very quick. Packaging was well protected, had a little hiccup with the sun shade as 2 got lost with delivery company but I honestly can’t fault jumpflex at all they replaced it immediately without fault. They was quick to respond to emails regarding the issue and most definitely quick to get another shipped asap 3rd time lucky it arrived.
