Jumpflex CA

We received our trampoline within 5 days of ordering it. The set up took longer than expected. We had watched the online video for installation but some of the steps were different as a few things on the trampoline had been changed. The instruction manual is also different. Once up the grandkids love it!

So far very nice…it has gotten cool here in Canada …With May just days away it will compliment my pool nicely….my grandson loves it and I believe it will get good use…it’s strong,and attractive…I am. 250 lb man and it takes me no problem….Happy with your product….made a decision to go above and beyond the WalMart type quality and glad I did

Good trampoline. Already showing wear and tear after only a couple uses. Kinda surprised. I have reached out to them however. Otherwise I love it.

I LOVE the trampoline and my kids are extremely excited and happy playing on it (4&2 yrs). My only complaint/issue is the stitching on the pole sleeves where the safety net tethers to is already showing signs of stretching or wearing. I can see pulled stitches on one of the sleeves. Might be just that sleeve. I’m going to send pictures to Jumpflex to see if that’s normal after only a week of use. Might be a defective sleeve. AMAZING TRAMPOLINE other than that! Put it together myself in 2.5hours. Definitely well made and glad I purchased from Jumpflex. Customer for life for sure!

Good product. Not that easy to put together, I bought two basketball nets but I can only put one on the trampoline. Accessories are cool and useful but a lot are sold out. The quality of the trampoline is good, nothing better than the average trampoline.
